Did you know that we offer customer training? We, along with our partner companies, have recognized that there’s a need for customer training experiences within the aggregate industry. That’s why we’ve decided to provide a solution! Expert training is now being provided by NorX and Mellott either on-site or at your facility.
Our First Customer Training Event of 2024 
We hosted our first training event of the year, May 7th-8th in Duluth, GA at the Embassy Suites. We were thrilled to have forty-six of our customers in attendance. The specific topics covered in this training event were Applications Basics, C-Series Jaw Crushers and Symons Cone Crushers. At the request of our attendees, we also provided an overview of HP Crushers.
An Enjoyable Experience for All! 
We kicked off this two-day training event with an overview presentation of our partner companies, which showcases our capabilities. Each day, attendees were transported by bus back to NorX and enjoyed a full BBQ lunch cooked on site. This trip back to our facility provided us with the opportunity to give our customers a warehouse tour and enjoy some additional fellowship. Our trainers, Jim Levy, Ron Teeters, and Jon Genger reported excellent engagement from those who attended. They appreciated the opportunity to interact with so many of our customers and provide answers to their questions.
We Received Great Feedback!
Dustin Dunn, Account Manager at our partner company Southern Machinery, was also able to attend this training event. He commented that the customers he spoke with said they felt the training was extremely valuable. “This training is extremely worthwhile. We want our customers to fully understand the scope of what our family of companies is capable of offering,” he said.
