What’s the secret to our success at NorX? The answer is simple, we have gone to great lengths to hire exceptional people. In January 2024, Sayler Thomas joined our team as a Marketing and Sales Representative. Hiring Sayler as a full-time employee was an easy decision since she had already completed a successful summer internship at NorX in 2023. 
Sayler is a recent graduate of the University of Georgia where she majored in Advertising with a minor in Communication studies. Throughout her time at UGA, she was extremely involved on campus as a substitute teacher at the University Childcare Center and as the Assistant Director of Recruitment for her sorority. She also participated in many campus service projects such as Meals on Wheels.
Sayler is originally from Alpharetta, GA and comes from a large family. She has three older brothers and parents that she describes as being “the best”. Outside of work she enjoys being active playing pickleball and tennis. Since graduating, much of her free time has been spent reading, cooking, and crafting.
When asked about her first few months at our company, Saylor stated, “The best part about NorX is the people! It is a small team of people who treat each other like family. I’m excited to grow and gain experience here. I have learned so much in my first two months and am looking forward to much more!”
